Prices and Taxes

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are per room, per night.

Rates do not include applicable taxes and fees.

Applicable state and local taxes will be added at checkout.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Payment and deposit requirements vary by rate plan and will be displayed during booking.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the matching credit card at check-in.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking hotel. A cleaning fee of up to $250.00 may be charged for violations.

Traveling with Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. The hotel reserves the right to request proof of age at check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21. Guests under 21 may not check in without a parent or legal guardian.

Accessibility or Special Needs

Accessible guest rooms and features are available. If you require an accessible room or have specific accessibility, mobility, hearing, visual, or other accommodation needs, please indicate your request during booking or contact the hotel directly prior to arrival. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, specific room assignments and accommodations are subject to availability.

Parking

Parking is available subject to fees and availability. Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner's risk. The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property left in vehicles.

Hotel Events

The hotel may host events, meetings, weddings, social gatherings, or other activities during your stay. While we strive to minimize disruptions, guests may experience increased activity, noise, or limited access to certain areas of the property. Event schedules, amenities, and services are subject to change without notice.

Dispute Resolution/Issues

Guests agree to contact the hotel and make a good-faith effort to resolve any concerns prior to initiating legal proceedings.Use of Personal Information

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property occurring on hotel premises, except where caused by the hotel’s negligence or as otherwise required by law. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings during their stay.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, power outages, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Third Party Rights

These Terms apply only between the guest and the hotel. No third party has rights to enforce these Terms.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Pet Fee

Pet-friendly rooms are subject to hotel policy and fees. Hotel allows dogs upto 60 lbs. Limited to one dog per room.

Service animals are welcome and are not subject to pet fees.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
